At Glasses Half Full, we want to do everything we can to help in the event you’re having difficulties with your glasses. In the event of difficulties that we cannot repair, our glasses frames, glasses lenses, and contact lenses are covered by a one-year warranty for manufacturers’ defects.

Through our warranty program, we will strive to obtain a repair or replacement product at no extra cost, given reasonable shipping and production times. Due to the nature of our suppliers’ scale and location (many of our small business partners ship to us internationally), replacement shipping times can be variable.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will work as hard as we can to obtain an identical warranty replacement for your defective product.
However, because some of our frame vendors only produce a limited run of glasses before discontinuation, there is a low risk that an identical warranty replacement may be unavailable. In this infrequent situation, we will ensure that you receive a free replacement frame from the same brand, or store credit to be applied to the cost of a replacement frame. Glasses Half Full will cover all lens re-cutting costs in the event you need to purchase a new frame due to a discontinued warrantable product.
Unfortunately, due to manufacturer stipulations, Glasses Half Full is not able to provide a warranty on products: after one year from date of purchase; for lost or stolen products; for product damage not related to manufacturers’ defects or workmanship; for mild damage due to regular wear-and-tear (including mild frame fading); and for adjustment or frame repair-related damage when performed by an individual outside of Glasses Half Full (including by another office). Glasses Half Full also does not offer a manufacturers’ defect warranty on any frames marked for clearance. Frame modifications that are not intended by the manufacturer (including soldering repairs, permanent nosepad mounting, etc.) may void your warranty eligibility.
However, in every individual circumstance – including those not eligible for warranty –we will do everything we can to work with you and try to help find the best solution possible.
