GHF WEB RETURN POLICY:

 

Because many of our products at Glasses Half Full are limited edition, internationally sourced, and even totally customized, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on optical purchases.

 

However, if you ever have a problem with any of our products, we want to fix it.

 

We stand behind all of our brands, and we will do everything we can to repair, replace, or otherwise fix something that’s causing you trouble.

 

All of our optical products come with a standard One-Year GHF Warranty for manufacturing defects. This covers every frame, glasses lens, and contact lens that we sell.

 

We are also unable to offer refunds on opened Nerdwax or GHF Glasses Cleaner for hygienic reasons. Other non-optical products at Glasses Half Full are eligible for a return within 30 days (glasses cases, clothing merchandise, unopened Nerdwax or GHF Glasses Cleaner, and other miscellaneous non-optical goods).
