GLASSES HALF FULL RETURN POLICY:
Because many of our products at Glasses Half Full are limited edition, internationally sourced, and even totally customized, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on optical purchases.
However, if you ever have a problem with any of our products, we want to fix it.
We stand behind all of our brands, and we will do everything we can to repair, replace, or otherwise fix something that’s causing you trouble as quickly as possible, given reasonable shipping & production times.
All of our optical products come with a standard One-Year GHF Warranty for manufacturing defects. This covers every frame, glasses lens, and contact lens that we sell. We are also unable to offer refunds on opened Nerdwax or GHF Glasses Cleaner for hygienic reasons. Other non-optical products at Glasses Half Full are eligible for a return within 30 days (glasses cases, clothing merchandise, unopened Nerdwax or GHF Glasses Cleaner, and other miscellaneous non-optical goods).

If your glasses are in need of adjustments or repairs, please do not attempt to do this yourself – this can void the warranty! Please bring them back here instead, and we will be more than happy to help as best as we can.
